I am an Air Traffic Controller by trade but because of my passion for CrossFit, I completed my CrossFit Level 1 in 2019. I am also a trained and qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I try to get in as much research as possible in my spare time to improve my offering to my clients and I'm always willing to give advise or assistance. I am driven by my desire to improve peoples lives as Functional Fitness has improved mine back in 2016 when I was an obese mom of a 2 year old and decided to make some changes. I now enjoy getting outdoors with my daughter; being able to play and be active together. I also love playing Padel and competing in CrossFit and have taken part in many local competitions. I coach classes at FitBox DurBell and offer personal training. I started the FitBox "55ers" for our more mature members within a community of similar ages and ability levels in order for them to focus on preserving their way of life or improving their day to day activities to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
